Dental Implants: Dr. Sawyer travels throughout the United States and abroad to teach other dentists how to place implants. No referral out to another office for implant placement. Replace single or multiple teeth with implants. Mini Dental Implants: Small diameter implants used to stabilize dentures and partials. Invisalign: Straighten your teeth without the need for unsightly metal wires and brackets. Single visit inlays, onlays and crowns: Computer designed and milled (CAD-CAM) restorations which are made in the office while you wait. No need for temporaries, no need for a second visit to deliver the restoration! Digital X-rays: Digital radiography uses only a fraction of the radiation necessary for traditional film and we are able to see much more detail on a monitor than we can on a small film. Laser teeth whitening: Quick, safe and effective. Take years off your smile in a short amount of time. Injection free laser fillings: In certain cases we now have the ability to remove cavities without the need for drilling and anesthetics Smile Makeover: Today we have thin porcelain veneers which preserve tooth structure and give you a perfect smile at the same time. Injection free air abrasion fillings: A small, powerful sandblaster removes small cavites without the need for drilling or needles. Fillings: We use only ceramic and composite material to restore teeth in our office. No silver-mercury amalgam fillings are used on any or our patients. Endodontic therapy (root canal): We provide root canal treatment to our patients in our office (with some referrals out for complex situations) and will make time for emergencies. Root canal therapy is not a painful experience when done properly and we will make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure. CariFree: Lowering your risk of developing new cavities by treating the bacteria which cause cavities. Nitrous oxide and oral sedation: We offer several types of sedation for patients who are anxious about having dental work performed. Extractions: Wisdom teeth, infected teeth, broken teeth and baby teeth. We do them all. Laser gum treatment: We use lasers to treat gum disease and destroy the bacteria which are causing it. These bacteria can also put you at higher risk for cardiovascular disease if they are not controlled. Nightguards/NTI: Uncontrolled nighttime grinding or clenching your teeth leads to broken teeth, premature wear, gum recession, and serious jaw joint problems. Childrens teeth: It is important to have your childs teeth examined early, baby teeth act as space maintainers for the permanent teeth and can lead to severe orthodontic problems if lost prematurely.
