Each of our team members has been with us for years, some for decades, and they truly make our dental office a warm, welcoming, and educational environment that patients can feel comfortable in. Dr. Diercks and Dr. Karamardian are the first to commend the team they work alongside every day because they know how much effort they put into making every patient’s appointment personalized and exceptional. Jessica,
Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica’s career in dentistry covers well over a decade, and she really enjoys working alongside such fantastic team members here in Los Gatos. It’s such a friendly, fun atmosphere! Away from work, she and her husband have two children – a daughter and a son. Her favorite hobbies include cooking and baking.
Michele,
Business Manager
Michele has been a part of our team for nearly two full decades, with almost 30 years spent in the dental world overall. She has had the amazing opportunity to get to know so many patients over the years, and it’s always a pleasure to see them smiling big to show off their brand-new dental work. She’s also proud to have worked alongside lots of wonderful team members – many of them have gone on to become hygienists, nurses, and even dentists themselves! At home, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, and two cats. Some of her favorite hobbies include doing various water sports, traveling, camping, mountain biking, hiking, and walking the dogs.

Vivian,
Dental Assistant
Vivian has been with our team for over a decade now and has over 25 years of dental experience overall. She attended Delta College before moving on to achieve her dental education at Andon College. Her favorite part of her work is meeting people and making them happy! She especially enjoys cosmetic dentistry.
Vivian has two wonderful children, and her hobbies include traveling, music, playing the piano, and gardening. She was in Scouts for about 10 years and volunteered to teach young children Vietnamese at church for three years as well. She is originally from Cam Ranh in Vietnam and was actually one of the young “boat people” who arrived here after the Vietnam War. She witnessed a lot of difficulty during this time in her life and is very thankful to be in America today with her family.

Registered Dental Assistant
Originally from San Jose, Cathy has been working in dentistry for over 25 years. She loves the amazing doctors and patients here at the dental office! When she isn’t caring for teeth, her big family (including four kids and four grandkids) keeps her very busy. Some of her favorite hobbies include hiking, biking, playing golf, and bowling.
Arlet,
Registered Dental Assistant
Arlet is from Tracy and studied dental assisting at the Gurnick Academy. As one of our assistants, she really enjoys being able to connect with patients while helping them get a healthier smile! She especially loves when people feel comfortable enough here to come back for their next appointment without fear. Outside of work, Arlet is the proud daughter of Hispanic immigrants and has a sister who works as a chef. In her spare time, she enjoys bartending on the side, playing soccer, going on hikes with her dog Oliver, shopping, or just being at home with loved ones.
Lisamarie,
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lisamarie has been working in the dental world for well over 25 years now, and she’s so thankful for the support and encouragement that exists here within Los Gatos Dental Group. She is currently enrolled in a dental hygiene master’s program at The Fordyce School of Dentistry in Boston. Outside of the dental office, she is the proud mom of three amazing children and also has two dogs. Some of her favorite hobbies include gardening, hiking, and swimming. Her newest goal is to do the Alcatraz swim, which terrifies her – but it’s definitely on her bucket list!
Miriam,
Registered Dental Hygienist
Miriam studied dental hygiene at Carrington College. Today, she’s been working in the field for over two decades! She feels grateful to have such a great boss and patients here at Los Gatos Dental Group. Educating them about the importance of oral health while partnering with an amazing team is so rewarding each day. Away from work, she is close with her parents, her siblings, and her nieces and nephews. She spends her free time walking her dog Tobes, working out, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She’s always on the lookout for new adventures and hobbies!
