Up to two emergency exam fees will be waived when definitive treatment is started the same day.
Discounts are given when fees are paid in full at time of scheduling the appointment.
LGDG Savings Plan can not be combined with insurance of any kind (dental, medical, work comp, etc).
LGDG Savings Plan can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
LGDG Savings Plan can only be used at Los Gatos Dental Group and can not be used with any specialist referral.
LGDG Savings Plan is not valid for orthodontic services, products, or prescriptions.
LGDG Standard Cleaning Fee will apply toward two Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings per year.
LGDG Savings Plan is 100% Non-Refundable.
